Partnership Agreement & Terms

By completing this form, your nonprofit organization is entering into a partnership with Merchant Giving Network DBA CCRM1 under the following terms:

✓50% of Net Fees Donated: Merchant Giving Network DBA CCRM1 will provide your nonprofit organization with 50% of net credit card processing fees generated by all supporting businesses you refer to the program.
✓Quarterly ACH Payments: Donations are paid directly to your nonprofit's bank account on a quarterly basis via ACH bank-to-bank transfer using the banking information provided below.
✓Absolutely No Cost — Ever: There is no cost to join the Merchant Giving Network and no cost ever for participating as a nonprofit partner. Your organization will never be charged any fees.
✓Unlimited Referrals: Your nonprofit may refer an unlimited number of businesses to the Merchant Giving Network. There is no cap on the number of businesses you can refer or the donations you can earn.
✓Quarterly Statements: A detailed quarterly statement will be provided to your nonprofit itemizing the donation amount per referred business so you have full transparency into your earnings.
